How can I change something in my order?

If you need to change something in your order, please contact us immediately by calling or using the WhatsApp text messaging service. We usually process orders within 48 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

How can I pay for my order?

Flair Cake Boutique is currently only accepting cash payments, but we are currently exploring opportunities to accept online payments using all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard and offer our valued customers greater flexibility.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation text message via WhatsApp or through our social media channels, if you placed your order through these channels. Each order starts production 48 hours after your order is placed. Your expected delivery date will be confirmed over the phone or via a text message through WhatsApp. When the order ships, you will receive a text message to the contact number you provided to let you know your order is out for delivery.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We will deliver your order at the time agreed when your order was place. Delivery times will depend on your location.
